Rates (as at 1 April 2010)
- Fewer than 31 beds (or, for domiciliary care / nurses agencies, less than 31 staff) - £80.00 per hour plus VAT and expenses
- 31– 50 beds (or staff, as above) - £85.00 per hour plus VAT and expenses
- 51– 100 beds (or staff, as above) - £90.00 per hour plus VAT and expenses
- Over 100 beds (or staff, as above), representative organisations, or professional advisers - £100 per hour plus VAT and expenses
- Reduced rates for members of Care Forum Wales
